Procedures:

1. Buyer issues ICPO + Soft Probe as Proof of Funds - ICPO

2. Seller issues SCO or FCO with contract
3. Buyer / Seller execute contract
4. Buyer and seller sign contract and lodge with respective banks
5. Buyer issues Mt799 or RWA and receives full pop to approve
6. Once approved Buyer issues MT103
7. The title is consummated as per contract

POP will consist of:
1. Ownership Title
2. Storage tank Receipts
3. Quantity Certificate Issued by SGS
4. Quality Certificate Issued by SGS
5. Certificate of Origin
6. Customs Declaration
7. Copy of Export License
8. Seller's Commercial Invoice
