Do you need a JV Partner for Oil & Energy deals?
Do you need a financially sound JV Partner for a Sugar or Cement deal?
Do you need a Proof of Funds/ Swift MT799 showing your ability to purchase?
We will send a Swift MT799 in Favor of the Reseller, Jobber, and buyer to the Seller so you can get your Proof of Product“POP”.
We only work with the resellers or buyers who have contracts in place with the Sellers and contract in place with the Exist buyers.
Example:
1. Seller A- Gazprom
2. Reseller- ABC Energy (has a contract with seller and exist buyer) &
JV( Proof Of Funds/ Swift MT799)
3. Exist/End Buyer- Shell
We are JV partners who have the financial capability to stand in the middle and help to close the deal.
We will only show proof of funds with a Swift MT799; we will not use our funds for the purchase.
The Reseller or your Exist buyer must have cash, credit line, MT103/23, ICPO etc. to complete the final purchase.
We will not send any Swift MT760; we will not block our funds.
The funds are “Only used to show Proof of Funds”
We will proof up to 500Million
Resellers/Buyers need to have complete transactions.
We help resellers to facilitate fuel contract allocations and spot buys.
