Here are details of the CIF...BLCO Transaction, Quantity 2-6 million barrels per month. For a contract period of 1 year. Country of origin- Nigeria. Price- 6USD below brent gross

3USD to AGENTS and FACILITATORS
Mode of payment- DLC. No any form of UPFRONT payment.
LOGISTICS - Reassignment fee- 255.000 USD
2. Official security fee 250.00 USD
total 505.000 USD
to be payed by the buyer and will be included in the DLC.
Note: that there is a proof of product (POP) that will be verified on NNPC screen London as soon as agreement is reached and the buyer put his BLC in place.
We will sent to you the SPA as soon as we recieve your reply to this mail should the above terms be acceptable to your buyer. Convey their accepatance in writting to us today.
