Jay Sherrard said… - Big Game Productions LLC is getting into the energy business by becoming an independent producer of sweet crude oil. BGP owns 8.705 acres in Gregg County Texas and 8.53 acres in Rusk County Texas. This land is sitting atop an oil lake and is currently producing oil. Big Game Productions is looking to install 6 rigs on site by year end.
An optional natural Well unit my also be installed by crude oil units, this could increase overall profits by 70%. Big Game Productions plans to establish a strong presence in the energy production market, which will include the growing and processing bio fuels in addition to further oil land acquisitions.
Big Game Productions will use three new technologies that will guarantee very productive wells.
1) Horizontal drilling
Horizontal drilling is a fairly new process for drilling where the drill bit can actually be steered sideways toward the highest concentrations of oil and gas.
Another benefit of horizontal drilling is that the wells tend to produce strong for the first five years or so and then continue producing at a slower rate over the next 15 years or so. Over the life of this well, the investor may gain significant multiples of total return on their initial investment.
2) Steam injection
Extracting oil from a well is dramatically reduced when the natural pressure in the well is depleted and no longer pushes oil up to the wellhead. At that point the well is considered a stripper well, even though 70% to 80% of the oil is still in the ground!
Steam injection is an enhanced oil recovery system. Steam multiplies the efficiency of thermal introduction since it reduces viscosity, increases mobility, and most importantly re-introduces pressure that creates high-sweep efficiency.
3) Jet Pump System
This pump is designed for the purpose of assisting wells that have pressure but are unable to flow against pressure resistance offered by a flow line or another flowing medium. It can also be used for producing wells with other problems, such as watering up or irregular flow. This is accomplished by utilizing the existing flow available from adjacent wells and diverting some of their production through the Gas and/or Fluid Jet Pump, thereby allowing the non-flowing well to produce.
Investing In Our Wells
We are looking for an initial investment of $1,000,000. This will get our first three wells up and running before the end of summer. The Investor will have 33% working interest (WI) and 25% net revenue interest (NRI) in the wells. The company is also willing to offer 100,000 shares in the initial venture.
The land is owned clear and free along with the mineral rights. This is a very unique opportunity and Big Game Productions is looking forward to a long working relationship with you or your client.
